Bidding Phase 2 - Building Contract

• When we have received all bids and all materials are to your satisfaction, we will prepare the final building contract. This contract will contain all specifications for the construction of your new custom home. All products will be detailed and/or allowances will be listed.
• A timeline for the home construction will be finalized. CONSTRUCTION Once the building contract is signed, we can obtain the necessary permits for the construction phase. These may include a building permit, sanitation permit, water permit, land use permit, etc.
